Reminders from the Office

Late Arrivals

Any student arriving at 8:45am or later must collect a late pass from the Front Office before heading to class. 

Students without a late pass will be marked absent and parents/carers will be contacted so it's important we get this right every time.

Friday Masses: If your child is late on a Friday, a parent or carer must sign them in at the Front Office and walk them into the church and find a staff member.  

Student Absences

If your child is away for any reason, we need to hear from you before 9:00am if possible. You can let us know by,

• Calling 03 8543 4444 and leaving a voicemail

• Emailing admin@sjvmulgrave.catholic.edu.au

• Logging the absence in nPortal

If we don't hear from you, the Front Office will follow up.

Early Dismissals

We really appreciate when families let us know in advance if their child needs to be collected early. 

Please keep in mind that students are not always in their classroom , they may be outside, in the hall or at the parish, which can take extra time to locate them.

To avoid any waiting, please call us at least 10 minutes before you plan to arrive so we can have your child ready for you.

All parents and carers must sign their child out at the Front Office before leaving. 

Emergency Contacts

Please make sure you call the office to update your emergency contacts if needed, the school requires two people other than the students parents on the contact list.
