Senior School Production – Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

The final countdown is on until we open our Senior School Production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory next Thursday 22 May.

Winter Concert

Our upcoming Winter Concert will showcase many of our entry-level ensemble groups, giving students a wonderful opportunity to perform for a supportive audience. 

Performing on the night will be: Intermezzo Suzuki Strings, Klefs Choir, Years 1 and 2 Choir (all students in Years 1 and 2), Junior Strings, Kadenza Intermediate Concert Band, Junior Guitar ensemble, Flute ensemble and soloists. 

Date: Thursday, 12 June 2025 

Time: 6.00 – 7.30pm 

Venue: Dalton Hall 

No need to book seating!

Cello Soiree

On Friday 2 May, many of our talented cello students from Years 3 to 9 took to the stage, sharing their music with an appreciative audience at our Friday Cello Soirée.

A highlight of the afternoon was the debut performance of the Kilvington Cello Ensemble, marking an exciting milestone for our cello program.

Congratulations to all the students who performed—you should be proud of your achievements. A special thank you to our wonderful cello teacher, Darcy Gilkerson.

VCE Music Performance Recital

Congratulations to our VCE Unit 1 musicians, who showcased their talents at the Semester 1 Recital last Wednesday.

The audience was treated to an impressive range of musical styles, with each student performing to a high standard that reflected their hard work, preparation and dedication.

Well done to all involved!

MYO 2025 Winter School – Applications now open

From 15 to 19 July, join the the Melbourne Youth Orchestra (MYO) for a week of music, fun and friendship with top conductors and educators, ending in a showcase at Melbourne Recital Centre.

Melbourne Conservatorium of Music – Jazz and Improvisation Winter Camp

Open to instrumentalists and vocalists in Years 9 to 12, this intensive week from July 7 to 11 will help students develop skills and creativity in jazz.

State Music Camp
