Daniel Moloney - Acting Principal
Hi everybody,
As we enter the month of September in Week 8, we have noticed a little more sunshine amongst the rain. Therefore, our students have enjoyed a little more time outside.
Thank goodness for that!
Only a short few weeks until the Term 3 break is here. We think that the students are sensing it coming their way.

As a reminder, we are still seeking as many JSA Parents and CareGivers as possible to complete our 2026 Parent CareGiver Opinion Survey that opened this week. All family feedback is greatly needed and valued to help us better understand your perspectives, ultimately informing the education we deliver for your child.

Book Week - 2026
This year, our Book Week Parade and other activities to promote the love of reading were a big hit. Last Friday, our students and staff committed to celebrating Book Week in vibrant costume as their favourite book character.
It was a fun day for those in our community. Well done to Ellen and Literacy Curriculum Team for their preparations this year.

**Our Assistant Principal News Report will have more information for you on these matters.
Term 3 - Important Dates

If your child is presenting with cold and flu like symptoms we kindly ask families to keep your child at home if they are experiencing symptoms.
Each morning when students are getting ready for school, I ask that you be mindful of how your child is presenting.
