Camp and beautiful hikes

Class Five is preparing for our upcoming camp and hike of a Larapinta Trail section 1 from Telegraph Station to Simpson's Gap – that includes an overnight stop at Wallaby Gap! To prepare, we have been taking bush walks as often as possible in the hills behind the school. During these practice hikes, the students get in shape for the walk and learn the rules of trail etiquette and safety.

Of course, you can't go walking without spending some time enjoying the amazing beauty that surrounds us. We often take a moment to drink in the life and colour of the region. Please enjoy these photos from our walks.

Class Five is also preparing something special for the Spring Festival...  that ties in nicely with our Ancient China main lesson. See if you can figure out what we'll be doing.
