PRODUCTION AUDITIONS

Production auditions have begun and we have all been amazed at the talent at our school! Well done to our Grade 3 and 4 students who have auditioned so far and we look forward to our Grade 5 and 6 students showing off their skills over the next two weeks.

Just a reminder that all the instructions and materials for auditions (song clips, scripts and lyrics) can be found on the production website. 

Please note, whilst the website is public, students need to be logged into their school Google account to access the audition materials.

The audition schedule has been printed and put up in each of the senior classrooms so the students can check their audition times.

The production website also contains other helpful information for families, such as date, times, FAQs, etc. This website will continue to be updated in the lead up to the production on the 16th September 2025.

COSTUMES

This week in Music, all classes have listened to their class song/s and excitement is brewing! There are already plenty of questions from students about costuming. There will lots more information about this to come in Terms 2 and 3 but the costuming requirements will be very similar to our 2023 production - the school will provide most costuming elements and students will wear a 'base' outfit (i.e. black pants/leggings, plain top and black shoes) sourced from home. 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

We would love to get the St A's community involved in production preparations again this year! We had some wonderful volunteers and helpers throughout the process during our last production and we were so grateful for their efforts. Whether you're a returning face or whether you would like to help out for the first time, we'd love to have you on board!

Examples of jobs that we might need help with include:

costuming (sewing, sourcing, decorating, etc.), light truck driving, photoshop/image creation, hair/makeup, set creation/painting, prop making/sourcing
