Fathers Day Prayer Service -

On Friday 4th September, we celebrate a beautiful Fathers Day Prayer Service - a time to celebrate all the great role models we have in our lives, guiding us with their love always.  Heartfelt thanks to the Year 3/4 team for preparing such a thoughtful service. The children read really well and their singing was beautiful.  We are grateful to God for all the dads, grandfathers and special father figures in our lives and thank everyone who attended to share in this special moment of prayer and community.

Spotlight RE Around the School

Year 3/4 - This term, our Year 3/4 students have been learning how to care for our common home and God's Creation. They planted snow peas on the classroom windowsills and completed bean diaries to record and reflect on their growth.

Inspired by scripture John 3:18 “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth”, students created advocacy posters with practical ways to care for the Earth. They also wrote letters to Pope Leo XIV asking for action to address Rubbish Island in the Great Pacific Ocean. Through these activities, students learned that even small actions can make a difference.
