Cool Kids Photo File:

Megan is an awesome ambassador for her family and for all that is good about our school. We love her creativity, independence, confidence in herself, individuality, kindness - everything about her, really.
So, I'm delighted to be able to let you know that Megan recently achieved her Capstone Rata Cub Scout, the highest award available for cubs.
Awesome achievement, Megan.
Our children love to dance, and most days I make it to our Dance Stage/Sandpit space to run what our children call a Dance Party.
It's hard to explain the joy I feel from seeing the joy they feel and express each day.
Ex Students Shining:
Kendra is breaking records in New Zealand, Australia and even the USA - at the Collegiate Games. At fifteen, she holds numerous national records right up to Under 18 level and is only a little behind Olympic Games semi-finalist, Zoe Hobbs', Open Record.
Sadly, I don't have an up-to-date photo for Jarred Soma, but we can share that Jarred scored the crucial goal that kept Waitakere College First 11 in the Division A Secondary Schools competition. Jarred is only in year 11, so he is shining early.
He has also been signed as a junior by Auckland FC, winners of the Australian A League in their first season in the competition.
I have rivals for my role of chief newsletter writer. These fine young men from room 22 - Steven, Kruize, Peter and Sam are now producing their own weekly newsletter.

Pākiki is our focus Pōhatu Tūmu - Foundation Stone value - for 2025. It serves other purposes other than just reminding us to have curiosity and a sense of wonder. For example, it makes a great resting place for tired young learners...
Milestone Birthday for Rebecca:
Crystal's Awesome Space Station:
Crystal came in during the recent school holidays and used a lot of recycled resources to build an awesome Space Station for rooms 31 and 32.
