Property Update:

One of our challenges is the room and space. We have to be incredibly flexible and creative to provide all the awesome opportunities we can to our children.

We have outstanding staff to teach junior and senior music, movement and dance, drama, art, bush, Kapa Haka and more. The challenge is the space for these activities to take place.

Our outdoor bush classroom - connected to a shipping container - has been a big help. Our outdoor dance stage and canopy-covered court also help. We have built a deck onto room 30 in our Sensory Space and put big roll-up screens in our new block. These screens keep out wind and rain but are see-through, allowing fresh air to permeate. It means our art classes have twice the space now, and Whaea Pipi loves that.
