The Nourished Folk
My name is Lauren from The Nourished Folk, and I am excited to share a unique opportunity for parents within your community to engage with a research-based program designed to cultivate skills of mindfulness and self-compassion.
Having successfully taught this program in high schools and independently for three years, I am now offering a special, shortened, online version tailored specifically for parents. During these sessions, we will explore key components of the program and discuss how these practices can benefit us as parents.
Participants will also gain valuable insights into how self-compassion practices can support our children, particularly teenagers, highlighting the most effective techniques and how to use them. This program is especially beneficial for parents of teens but is open to all parents interested in using mindfulness and self-compassion to manage stress and navigate life's emotional ups and downs.
