Step-Up to Senior School Program
This week has seen the commencement of our Step-Up to Senior School Program. Students have been introduced to their 2026 Year 10, VCE and VCE VM classes and teachers, providing an initial foundation for their coursework and their summer holiday homework.
On Monday night we ran the Step-Up to VCE and VCE VM Parent Information session for parents of students entering Years 11 and 12. We would like to thank parents for their attendance on this night. The VCE and VCE VM presentations that were shown have been shared via Compass for those parents who were unable to attend or for those that did and would like to go back and view this important information at their leisure.
End of Year Awards Night
We are excited to announce that our End of Year Awards Night will take place on Thursday 4 December. This special event brings our school community together to honour and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students throughout 2025.
Families of students being recognised will receive invitations by Thursday 27 November. The ceremony will be held in the Oak Centre at our Bridgine Campus, starting at 7pm, with parents and students asked to arrive by 6.30pm. Please save the date - we look forward to celebrating together.
Book Lists
Preparations for 2026 continue with families having received the 2026 Book Lists for their students.
Families are advised that orders placed by Friday 19 December will be posted free of charge.
End of Year Arrangements
All Brigidine students will finish school next Friday 5 December at the completion of their Step-up to Senior School Program.
For students in Years 7 & 8 at Kildare Campus, their final day of school will also be Friday 5 December.
Semester 2 Reports
Semester 2 Reports will be available to families on Friday 5 December.
Please review these with your child and celebrate their successes and discuss what they can do to continue to improve in 2026.
Year 7 2026 Orientation Day
On Tuesday 9 December, we look forward to welcoming our 2026 Year 7 students to St Joseph’s College for Orientation Day.
This is a great day where students have the opportunity to explore our Kildare Campus, meet our teachers and get to know each other.
We look forward to welcoming our new students to our St Joseph’s Community.
