Year 12 Results - Key Dates

 

Results sent out to students: 7am Thursday 11 December 2025

 

Change of Preferences close: 12 noon - 13 December 2025

                                                                               

December Round Offers: 23 December (change of preference opens until 4pm)

First Round Offers: 13 January (change of preferences opens until 14 January 2pm)

Second Round Offers: 27 January (change of preferences opens until 28 January 2pm)

 

Mrs Crossman will be available all day Thursday 11 December to support students with their change of preferences.

Change of Preference Support: La Trobe University

St Joseph’s College: Careers Centre Thursday 11 December - 10.30am to 11.30am 

 

Bendigo Campus – Drop-in Consults

Location: Future Students Centre, SSC Building Dates: Thursday 11 and Friday 12 December

Time: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm

No bookings required – students can drop in for one-on-one advice about courses, preferences, or entry pathways.

 

Bendigo Emporium Creative Hub – Drop-in Consults

Location: 25 Mitchell Street, Bendigo

Date: Friday, 12 December

Time: 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm

No bookings required.

 

Additional Phone Support

Date: Saturday 13 December

Time: 9.00 am – 12.00 pm

Erika (0448 821 121) will be available over the phone to assist with any last-minute questions or support.

 

We will also still be coming out to your schools during COP, so this is in addition to those visits. We’re looking forward to helping students feel confident and supported as they finalise their choices for 2026.

 

Scholarships with CitiPower and Powercor ⚡️

Finishing school and not sure what comes next?

CitiPower and Powercor are offering pre-apprenticeship scholarships to support First Nations Australians, women and gender diverse students who want to complete a Certificate II in Electrotechnology. The goal is to make those early steps into the trade easier so you can focus on learning, not stressing about costs.

 

Each scholarship is valued at up to $2,000 and can go towards the things that actually make a difference during study. Think tools, PPE, clothing, school fees, rent, childcare or even helping cover your income while you complete your course.

 

Here’s what you can expect:

Filmaking Summer School

DATES: January 7–11

TIME: 9.30am – 5.30pm

VENUE: Dancehouse, 150 Princes St, Carlton North, Victoria 3053

 

The Filmmaking Summer School is an industry-based film course designed especially for media teachers and students and those wanting to up-skill, change career direction, or take filmmaking to a professional level.

 

In 2026, the school will be presenting 3 choices of courses:

1. Script to Screen (5-days from Jan 7 to 11) – Fee $1795 (Full | $1775 (Concession)

2. Devising and Bringing a Script to Life – Writing, Directing & Acting ( 1-day on Jan 7) – Fee $355 (Full) | $335 (Concession)

3. Cinematography: Make a Film (4-days from Jan 8 to 11) – Fee $1595 (Full) | $1575 (Concession)
