ICT News

As we approach the end of our academic year, some habits that set us up well for success do slip. Bringing all materials to a class, regardless of subject, is still important now as it was earlier in the year. Over the past term there has been an increase in the number of devices that need to be charged and ready for learning. Such a surge in routine care has negatively impacted ICT resources and the amount of time that is available to support others in our community.
As such, ICT is unable to support charging of College-owned devices. Our College ICT Agreement has the following statement around the maintenance of the College-owned device to keep it in good condition
- Recharge the laptop each night and bring it to school each day
- Do not scratch, write on or stick anything on the laptop
- Keep the laptop in its protective case
- Make the laptop available for inspection by a St Joseph’s College member upon request
We thank you for your support in this matter in both the maintenance of the College-owned device and keeping our learners ready for and engaged in their classes.
