Last Friday was the Knox Division Swimming Carnival at Croydon Memorial Pool. All of our representatives competed to a high standard with some fantastic results. 

Well done to all of our relay teams who have all booked a spot at Regionals on Friday 22 March at Aquanation:

• The Open Girls 4 x 50m Medley team featuring Kellence K (Backstroke), Ellee K (Breaststroke), Liah I (Butterfly) and Savannah S (Freestyle) - 1st place
• Under 10 Boys 4 x 50m Freestyle relay team featuring Robbie K, Logan R, Tony Z and Zach P – 1st place 
• Under 10 Girls 4 x 50m Freestyle relay team featuring Ava Z, Olivia W, Erica S and Sophia K – 2nd place and broke their own school record with a time of 3.18.75
• Under 12 Girls 4 x 50m Freestyle relay team featuring Kellence K, Ellee K, Savannah S and Liah I – 1st place and broke their own school record with a time of 2.44.70

We also had some outstanding individual results on the day too!

• Josh W – 2nd in Freestyle and 1st in Butterfly
• Ellee K – 2nd in Freestyle and 2nd in Breastroke
• Liah I – 2nd in Freestyle and 1st in butterfly, breaking her own school record with a time of 43.92 seconds
• Olivia W – 3rd place in Backstroke
• Robbie K – 3rd in Breaststroke, breaking his own school record with a time of 55.84 seconds and 3rd place in Butterfly, also breaking his own school record with a time of 54.77 seconds.
• Kellence K – 4th in Backstroke
• Sophia K – 3rd in Butterfly.

To make it to Division is an amazing effort and what is even more amazing is the fact that all 13 of our competitors qualified for Regionals. Good luck to all at the next round!
