Simon Everywhere

Also known as PAM (Parent Access Module)

Please see the office if you are not set up on Simon Everywhere.

We are no longer using Class Dojo so it is important that the SimonEverywhere App is working for you and your family to;

  •   Keep in touch with your child's teachers (select "email staff" option from your child's profile menu)
  • Stay up to date with upcoming events via the calendar
  • Grant permission for activities,
  • Notify school of student absences
  • Update your child's medical profile as needed.

Please make sure contact details are correct at the office including emergency contacts.

We are hoping to utilise more of the many features available on SimonEverywhere so please familiarise yourself with the app or have a read through the manual attached for your reference.

Did you know you can read the newsletter in different languages?

Uniform

Ordering new uniform through Hip Pocket

Beanies

We have a limited amount of beanies available for $5 each.

Uniform update

This year students are permitted to wear shorts, skorts/dresses all through the year. Please note that the sky blue sports polo and girls winter pinafores have been discontinued. Students can continue to wear what is currently in circulation, you just won't be able to purchase new stock of these items.

Girls can wear tights under summer dress or navy pants instead of the pinafore.

Tip: when pinafores get too small you can cut the bib part off and turn them into a skirt and this is ok to wear as well.

Actions for parents and carers

Ensure your contact information is up to date with your school. Please email or see the office with any changes as soon as possible.
