This information is for all students who received their First Reconciliation at the end of 2024, as well as students who made the Reconciliation at the end of last term.
Families are asked to attend the Information Evening and Session One on Wednesday, 10 September at 6:00pm, held in the new Parish Hall beside St Monica’s Church.
Please also save the date: the celebration of Confirmation and First Eucharist will take place on Friday, 7 November.
More information about the program and the celebration will be shared at the September session.

"The St. Monica’s Parish is excited to share the Eucharist with the classes from school each week. If any families would like to join your child’s class on a Friday, please make your way to the Church for 9.30 start.
Please note the WHOLE SCHOOL will celebrate St Monica's Feast Day on a Wednesday 27th August and will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Quarry Hill at 9.30am. We welcome all family and friends to join us for this special occasion."

Our Cluster Parishes are looking for new altar servers. Recruitment is open for those who have received their Confirmation and First Eucharist and are willing to serve in the Church. Expressions of interest are most welcome. Parish Office at 5443 4400.
Rite of Christian Initiation of Children (RCIC) who Have Reached Catechetical Age
The Sacred Heart Cathedral Cluster of Parishes invites children aged 7+ and are interested in becoming Catholic to enrol in our RCIC Program. This program is “intended for children, not baptised as infants, who have attained the use of reason and are of catechetical age (7 years old and over). They seek Christian initiation either at the direction of their parents or guardians or, with parental permission, on their own initiative.” (RCIA, 306)
