Father’s Day at St Francis de Sales
What a day we have had celebrating all the important fatherly figures in our student’s lives. We started off with a friendly breakfast- egg and bacon, coffee, games and dads- what more could we ask for! Our amazing volunteers flipped the eggs and tossed the bacon to ensure everyone enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
The annual Father’s Day Stall was a hit! Plenty of gifts to choose from to help celbrate dads on Sunday. We hope you enjoy what your child has chosen just for you 😊
And to round off the celebrations we held our Father’s Day Raffle. Thankyou to all those that purchased tickets as well as those that donated. We are very grateful and will be tallying up the proceeds to be donated to Movember, a very worthy cause.
The colour run is our biggest annual fundraiser! We are still slow to get started as registrations start to creep up. Please follow the instructions below to register your child and start fundraising. If you require any assistance or have any questions please reach out to the P&F. Fundraising will be open until the 9/10/2026, perfect to ask family and friends over the school holidays!

- Select child’s homegroup

Every child who fundraises $10 will be eligible to select a prize. The P&F will have some competitions throughout the fundraising- the first will be the first homegroup to have all students registered!
Friday Fun Treats- Dream Cookies are a HIT!!
After last week’s cookie frenzy the dream cookies were back today! These are looking like quite the hit and perhaps something that may need to make a regular appearance!
Chips and popcorn are back!! We will have these for sale along with the zooper doopers. All items $1. Send in a dollar for your child to enjoy a Friday fun treat!
We are on the hunt for icy pole helpers for term 4 and moving into 2027. Please reach out if you can spare an hour on a Friday. We will also be losing our icy pole organiser Laura this year as she finishes her time with SFS. If anyone would like to volunteer to arrange the icy pole roster please let the P&F know.
Term 4 is just around the corner- do you need Summer Uniform??
The uniform racks are filling with summer uniform in varied sizes. Pop in to see Renee and Maria and get in before the mad ‘end-of-term-three’ rush! Unfortunately both Renee and Maria will finish at SFS this year and so we will be looking for some volunteers to fill their shoes moving into 2027. If you might be interested and can spare an hour a week (can also be a shared role) please pop in and have a chat to the ladies to see what the volunteer role entails😊
