Message from School Vice Captains

Hello, Students, Carers and Guardians,
My name is Izack, and I am the Irwin Vice Captain. My name is Yash, and I am the Freeman Vice Captain. We will be sharing some important updates about the Athletics Carnival which was held at the end of Term 2.
The Athletics Carnival was an exciting and enjoyable day for everyone. Students participated in a range of events, including running races, long jump, high jump, and throwing activities. It was great to see everyone trying their best, showing participation and encouraging their teammates throughout the day. The cheering from each house created an amazing atmosphere, and everyone displayed excellent sportsmanship and respect. Most importantly, all the students had fun, made great memories, and enjoyed spending the day being active with their friends.
On the day, most students came dressed in their house colours to show their house pride. The best-dressed students from each house received a prize.
Congratulations to our winning Houses on the day!
Stynes took out the top honours for the 7-9 Athletics Carnival, while Freeman was the winning House for the 3-6 Athletics Carnival.
The 7-9 Athletics Carnival ended with Stynes taking out first place, followed by Newton in second, Freeman in third and Irwin in fourth place.
For the primary students, Freeman claimed first place, with Irwin finishing second, Stynes in third, and Newton in fourth place. Congratulations to all houses for their participation and teamwork!
