AIO Competition – AUSTRALIAN INFORMATICS COMPETITION

Eric F. in Year 8 requested to compete in this competition as he has a personal interest in this field. The AIO is an IT and computer science competition heavily rooted in mathematical problem-solving and logic.

 

Eric achieved a SILVER award.  After the GOLD award (the top 10% of results), the SILVER award is given to the next 15% of participants nationwide, placing Eric in the 75th to 90th percentile. This achievement reflects a highly competitive command over file I/O operations, complex loops, arrays, and standard algorithmic design.
