Our Garden - The Patch

You would be forgiven for thinking there is something not right going on in our garden, with some of our students looking a bit the worse for wear. However, you wouldn’t be further from the truth. The year 6s worked so well together with one of our incredible parents, Sandra Filippou, to pick the very ripe olives off the tree. On a beautiful warm and sunny autumn day, the year 6s helped each other by pulling down branches, holding buckets and picking olives for curing. The olive juice certainly did look like stage make-up and made us laugh! Thank you, Sandra, for giving up your time. Certainly a lot is achieved and we all feel great when the community comes together.
