CASUAL DRESS DAY

A reminder that our Book Week Casual Dress Day is happening next week.

We can’t wait to see the creative outfits our PBC students bring to life as they celebrate their favourite books and characters.

Please remember to bring a gold coin donation, with all funds raised supporting our 2026 Charity - Share the Dignity.

We look forward to seeing everyone get involved and celebrating the joy of reading together.

A TEAM TUITION AT PBC

Looking for some extra academic support for your child?

This term, PBC has partnered with A Team Tuition to offer small-group academic support for Year 7–12 students, delivered conveniently on campus after school.

Students work in small groups of 4–6, with experienced tutors providing targeted support with homework, assessments, exam preparation, English and Mathematics.

The sessions are designed to help students build confidence, strengthen their learning skills and develop greater independence in their studies.

Places are still available for students who would like to join the program this term.

BODYKIND AUGUST

August is BodyKind month, providing an opportunity to promote positive body image and encourage healthy, respectful attitudes towards our bodies.

Our School-Based Youth Health Nurse is supporting BodyKind messaging across PBC and has shared some simple ways parents and carers can reinforce positive body image at home. Small changes in the way we talk about bodies, food, exercise and appearance can help young people develop a healthier relationship with themselves.

Families are encouraged to focus on what our bodies can do, rather than how they look, and to avoid negative comments about their own or others’ bodies.
