YEAR 8 KEY INFORMATION: WEEK 4
2027 Subject Selection - Year 9
The Year 9 2027 subject selection software will open to students on Tuesday 4 August at 6:30 pm and close on Tuesday 11 August at 5:00 pm.
Students were guided through the selection process on Tuesday during Community PG and have been emailed a copy of the instructions. They were also given time in PG to create a list of their preferred subjects and reserve choices in their diaries.
Parents have also received a copy of the presentation, along with the Parent Pin, via email. The Parent Pin is required to validate student selections.
Students and parents are encouraged to finalise their subject selections prior to the opening of the SSO software, as Year 9 subjects are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Academic Assembly - Congratulations
On Tuesday, our College celebrated the academic achievements of students from Semester 1, 2026. A sincere congratulations to the Year 8 students who received an Academic Award. They are to be commended for the discipline, commitment and hard work they have demonstrated in their pursuit of academic excellence.
Diary Signatures - Thank You
Thank you for your ongoing support in sighting and signing student diaries each Monday night, in preparation for Pastoral Mentor checks on Tuesday mornings.
This important organisational tool assists our students in staying on top of their homework, assessment tasks and daily responsibilities, helping them achieve to the best of their ability.
This week's House Cup challenge was awarded to the PG groups with the highest percentage of parent signatures in student diaries. Congratulations to 8HU2 and 8MU2 on their joint win this week!

School Fees and Levies - Term 3, 2026
School fees and levies for Term 3 were issued via email on Monday, 27 July 2026. The due date for payment is Wednesday, 10 August 2026.
Please contact the Accounts Team if you are a fee payer and you have not received a copy of your emailed statement.
The Accounts Team is also available to assist families who may wish to set up an approved payment plan, if full payment by the due date is not possible.
