VISUAL ARTS

SENIOR ART SHOW

On Thursday 6 November, the annual Senior Art Show took place, exhibiting the works of Years 10, 11 and 12 Visual Arts students. This year we celebrated a variety of artworks, products and designs within the subjects of Art, Ceramics, Design Technology, Art Creative Practice, Media Studies and Visual Communication Design. These fantastic pieces of work came together in our T Block gallery space, creating an immersive, creative and vibrant experience for all who attended. We would like to thank our fantastic Visual Arts students who helped set up the exhibition.

The night began with our guest speaker, Angie Pai, who opened the night by reflecting on the importance of expressing ourselves and forming identity through the arts. Angie’s speech came from such a special and vulnerable place which resonated with so many of our senior students in attendance. We thank her for sharing such personal experiences and speaking from the heart. We are looking forward to Angie’s artist residency at McKinnon Road in 2026.
