Secondary Swimming Carnival

Last Friday’s annual Swimming Carnival was a vibrant celebration of teamwork, determination, and community. Students from all year levels came together and encouraged each other throughout the day which created a positive atmosphere. The energy was electric from the very first race, setting the tone for a day filled with enthusiasm and friendly competition.
In the pool, students gave their all across a wide range of events including freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and novelty relays. The encouraging of their peers was a real highlight for the day which displayed the community builder spirit that we want to display during these events. Participation was high and there were some great additions to the day including chants and costume making.
A massive thank you goes to our dedicated staff, student leaders, timekeepers, and volunteers who ensured the day ran smoothly. Their support, along with the sportsmanship displayed by all students, made the event a memorable success. Congratulations to the winning house Jarra—and to every participant who contributed to a wonderful carnival. We look forward to building on this momentum as we head into our upcoming interschool competitions.
