OLA Community- We Need You!

Our much-loved School Fete is fast approaching, and planning is well underway! 

This is one of the biggest and most exciting events on our school calendar, bringing our community together for a fun-filled day while raising vital funds for our school.

To make it a success, we need your help.

Stall Coordinators Needed

We are currently looking for stall coordinators to help organise and run some of our fete stalls. Coordinators play a key role in managing donations, rostering volunteers, and ensuring stalls run smoothly on the day.

No experience needed - just enthusiasm and a willingness to help!

Rides on the Day

We’re thrilled to be planning a range of rides and attractions for the fete, ensuring plenty of excitement for students and families alike. 

More details will be shared closer to the date - keep an eye out!

This year’s fete will feature a fantastic mix of stalls, including:

Food and drink stalls 

Cake and bake stall 

BBQ 

Kids’ games and activities 

Raffles and lucky dips

Craft and market stalls

There’s something for everyone!

Sponsorship & Getting Involved

We are seeking local business sponsorship to help support the fete.

Sponsorships are a wonderful way for businesses to give back to the community while gaining exposure on the day and in our promotions.

If you or someone you know may be interested, we’d love to hear

from you.

Volunteers Needed on the Day

We can’t run the fete without volunteers! 

Whether you can spare 30minutes or a few hours, every helping hand makes a difference.

Roles include setting up, running stalls, supervising activities, and

packing up.

We Need You!

The School Fete is a true community effort, and we need parents, friends and families to get involved. 

It’s a great way to meet other families, support our school, and be part of a fun, memorable day for our children.
