Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden 

This week we had another busy day in the kitchen! The Dirt Devils made Carrot and Zucchini Croquettes. Juicy Jackfruits made Baked Ricotta and Spinach Gnocchi. The Rotten Radishes made Roti and the Perfect Pineapples make Banana Muffins.

From the garden we used spring onions, parsley, and silverbeet.

As usual, everything was a hit, and it was hard to choose a favourite dish! Thanks to Jac and to  Don's Mum Rachel who gives up her time to come in each week to assist. THANK YOU!
