To ensure the safety of all students, please avoid collecting your children from across the road. Kindly use the stadium car park, or alternatively, the staff car park, to safely drop off and pick up your children.
Tuesday was a day filled with nervous energy and anticipation for our Year 12 VCE students as they sat their VCE English exam. In the lead-up to the day, Minister for Education Ben Carroll likened the English exam to “your very own Grand Final.” As the largest and most widely undertaken exam across the state, it marks a significant milestone for the majority of VCE students. VCE exams at Charlton College will continue through to Wednesday, 19 November.
A reminder that hats are to be worn when outside during Terms 1 & 4. If your child needs a new bucket hat they can be purchased for $17.50 at the Office.
Regular school attendance is vital for student success. Everyday counts, and missing school means missing out on important learning opportunities. Consistent attendance helps students stay engaged, achieve better academic outcomes and build strong social connections. However, if your child is sick, it is important that they stay home to rest and recover, and to prevent the spread of illness to other students and staff. If your child needs to be absent, I kindly ask that you inform the school.
