Kindergarten Excursion to Symbio Wildlife Park

On Wednesday, Kindergarten enjoyed an exciting excursion to Symbio Wildlife Park, where we explored the needs of living things and discovered fascinating facts about a variety of animals.

The excitement began as soon as we arrived, with many students thrilled to travel on a bus and eager to begin their wildlife adventure!

Our wonderful tour guide, Ranger Ava, shared lots of interesting information about the animals we encountered throughout the day. During the reptile show, students had the special opportunity to pat a baby alligator, a blue-tongue lizard, a bearded dragon and a python.

We also admired the adorable sleeping koalas and watched the little penguins swimming. One of the highlights was getting up close to feed the kangaroos, emus and some very hungry goats!

Throughout the day, Kindergarten learnt fascinating facts about red pandas, Tasmanian devils and crocodiles. We were also lucky enough to watch the cheetahs enjoying their lunch, giving us a wonderful opportunity to observe these incredible animals.

It was a fantastic day filled with excitement, discovery and hands-on learning. Kindergarten had a wonderful time at Symbio Wildlife Park and returned to school with lots of amazing memories to share!
