Creativity and Culture at Kamay Botany Bay

Three of our Aboriginal students recently had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a sculpture workshop at Kamay Botany Bay National Park.
Led by Indigenous artist Amy Hill, founder of Dewrang Art, students explored sculpture as a form of creative expression, drawing inspiration from the park’s stunning natural surroundings. Through hands-on activities, students developed their artistic skills, deepened their cultural understanding and connected with peers from other schools.
It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate Aboriginal culture, nurture creativity and build confidence. We are incredibly proud of how our students represented our school!
