Job Opportunities

Keeping the best and brightest in our family

We understand that as staff progress, they may seek new challenges, roles, or locations that better align with their evolving career goals.

At First National Real Estate, we believe in nurturing our team's development and keeping our talent within our network. By introducing a job opportunities section in our internal newsletter, we aim to provide avenues for our dedicated staff to explore new paths without leaving the First National family.

This initiative is designed to strengthen our collective expertise and ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional service across all our offices. By supporting each other's growth, we reinforce our commitment to collaboration and shared success.

Sales Agent: FN Taylor's, Para Hills

FN Taylor’s is currently seeking the area’s leading, most ethical sales agents.

As an indication of good faith, we’d like to start by outlining the profit-share arrangement we will be discussing with our selected candidates. We’re building an agency that appeals to high-performing agents who are also seeking work-life balance, which is much more than a simple commission split.

Our salary model is designed to provide you the ability to earn a good income, befitting your performance and energy levels, but you’ll also benefit from a passive income stream by way of a share in overall company profits, providing you achieve realistic base performance criteria.

This, in effect, alleviates the pressure sales agents frequently feel when their income is geared solely to their own performance. Your passive income stream will substitute any loss of income, which tends to occur when you try to achieve a better work and life balance.

Benefits and perks: We’re building an agency that appeals to high-performing agents who are also seeking work-life balance. Check out our recruitment eBook.
