Van der Graaf Practical 

Our bright sparks in year 7 have been conducting a practical investigation of static electricity using the Van der Graaf generator and the results are shocking!

Forces and Magnetism 

Year 7 students explored the fascinating world of forces and magnetism through a series of hands-on investigations. Using magnets and different materials, they tested magnetic fields, compared magnet strengths, and observed how forces can act without objects touching.

Through practical experimentation, students developed their scientific inquiry skills by making predictions, recording observations, and drawing conclusions from their results.
