Relay for Life 2026 - Save the Date!

The Sutherland Shire Relay For Life! 2026 marks the 25th Relay in the Sutherland Shire Community. Relay is a fun and moving experience that raises vital funds for the Cancer Council’s research, prevention and support services. It’s a chance for the community to celebrate cancer survivorship, remember loved ones we have lost and unite our community and fight back against cancer.

The 2026 Sutherland Shire Relay For Life is scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, 2 May and Sunday, 3 May 2026. The 24-hour fundraising event for Cancer Council NSW will take place at Don Lucas Reserve, Wanda Beach in Cronulla. It is one of my favourite charity events celebrating brave and strong people.

Key 2026 Event Details:

Opening Ceremony: 9 am, Saturday, 2 May 2026.
Candlelight Ceremony: 6 pm, Saturday, 2 May 2026.
Closing Ceremony: 9:30 am, Sunday, 3 May 2026.
