Progress Reports – Semester One, Cycle 1

Please be advised that the first cycle of Progress Reports for Semester One are now available for viewing in the Reports tab in Compass, or via the ‘View Academic Reports’ link in your child’s profile page.

This year, we have updated the visual layout and graphics of our progress reports to provide a clearer snapshot of how your child is progressing across the four key elements of student agency.

Previously, reports were presented using a Compass table format, which could be more difficult to interpret at a glance. The updated format now uses a visual continuum for each element, allowing families to more quickly and clearly see where their child is currently working across their subjects.

We are aiming to improve:

  • Readability: making it easier to understand at a glance
  • Consistency: providing a whole-school view of learner development

Students are reported on the following elements:

Junior Years

  • Being a Producer
  • Being Persistent
  • Being Open to the New
  • Being Reflective

Senior Years

  • Being a Producer
  • Being Persistent
  • Pursuing Goals
  • Using Feedback

We encourage families to use this report as a starting point for conversations with your child about their learning, growth, and next steps. They will be a discussion point in our upcoming Parent Teacher Interviews.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your child’s teachers.
