Victorian State School Spectacular

The big week has arrived for our 39 WPPS students taking part in the 2026 Victorian State Schools Spectacular!

This week, our Mass Dance and Mass Choir students will head to John Cain Arena on Thursday and Friday for their final technical and dress rehearsals, bringing together thousands of students from schools across Victoria as the full production comes to life.

All of their hard work will culminate on Saturday 29 August, when they take to the John Cain Arena stage for two performances of this year’s Spectacular, This Is Me. The show celebrates individuality, belonging and the unique strengths we all bring to our communities.

Adding to the excitement, Channel 7 will be filming the rehearsals and performances for the television broadcast later in the year, giving our students the opportunity to be part of a major televised production.

We are incredibly proud of all our Mass Dance and Mass Choir students and the commitment, enthusiasm and hard work they have shown throughout this journey. We can’t wait to see them take to the arena this Saturday!

Tickets are still available to the matinee show at 1:30pm. Tickets to the evening performance have sold out!
