Grade 3

Maths 

In Maths, our Year 3 students have been learning all about time! Students have been developing their ability to read and identify times on an analogue clock, including quarter past and quarter to, as well as telling time to the nearest 5 minutes and to the minute. They have also been practising converting between analogue and digital times and reading and writing time in words. Students have enjoyed using their understanding of the clock to solve different time challenges and are becoming more confident in applying these skills to everyday situations.

Camp

We are excited to start looking ahead to our Year 3 Camp in Week 10! Although camp is still a few weeks away, we encourage families to begin getting organised and preparing the items students will need for their adventure. The camp packing list is now available on Compass, so please take some time to have a look through the list and start gathering items over the coming weeks. More information about camp will be shared as we get closer to the big week!
