The stage was set for an epic clash as Cook and Oxley faced off in this year’s Roselea Cup. With Cook looking to defend their title, both teams came out determined and disciplined, delivering a high-quality match marked by strong defence and limited chances.

Neither side could break the deadlock in regular time, finishing 0-0 and sending the game to a tense penalty shootout. The highlight of the day came when Year 3 student Alex H stepped up as the final kicker for Cook, calmly slotting the winning goal and securing the Cup for his team.

Jake G (5R) was named Player of the Match for his outstanding performance, and a special appreciation award was presented to Patrick K for his support in helping staff run a smooth and successful competition.
