STEM at SCOE 

Take Flight!

On Thursday the 14th of November, students from year 7, 8 and 10 studying STEM attended the Science Centre of Excellence at the University of Melbourne to participate in the Take Flight program. Students learnt about drones and their use in modern day life. They brainstormed ideas on how drones can help solve problems experienced in society, did the coding that helped fly the drones within the room, and built their own models of drones that would help make everyday life easier.  It was a great day had by all, and thanks to everyone for participating!
