Reyansh advances! Team takes 3rd place in Just Dance Esports Tournament

On the 3rd of June, four students represented Silverton Primary School at the Just Dance FUSE Cup Esports Tournament held at Genazzano FCJ College. There were a total of ten schools that participated in the tournament: Camberwell Girls Grammar, Genazzano FCJ College, Ivanhoe Girls, Ivanhoe Buckley, Ivanhoe Plenty, Kilvington Grammar, Pinewood Primary, Serpell Primary, Yarra Valley Grammar and Silverton Primary School. Across all schools, sixty-eight students participated in the tournament; hoping to be crowned the 2026 Melbourne Metro Just Dance Team and/or Individual Champions.

Varadha, Reyansh, Isabelle and Amelia danced with determination and supported one another through every song. Silverton Primary School would like to congratulate Reyansh for scoring the most points across the entire day which has earned him the title of Melbourne Metro Just Dance Individual Champion! He has been invited to attend the state finals on the Gold Coast in mid-November and if he wins that one, he will play in the national finals the next day! We also want to say a big congratulations to the team for finishing in 3rd place!  Here are some photos from the day below.
