From the Principal's Desk

It’s hard to believe we’ve already reached Week 5 of Term 4! The term is certainly flying by, and there is plenty happening across the school.
Our Years 4, 5, and 6 students are off on their Ballarat excursion this week. This promises to be a wonderful learning experience, filled with history, adventure, and fun. A huge thank you to Mrs Barclay and Mrs Wailes in advance for accompanying the students on this trip.
A big thank you to the members of our P&F who took part in Saturday’s working bee. The front garden looks absolutely amazing, thanks to your efforts! Your time, energy, and care have made a big difference to the appearance of our school, and we are so appreciative of your support.
Swimming lessons will begin next week, weather permitting. These lessons are an important part of our school’s physical education program and help students develop confidence and safety in the water as summer approaches.
Last week, we welcomed Zoe Davies from Tumbarumba High School for her work experience placement. Zoe was a wonderful addition to our classrooms, engaging beautifully with students and staff alike. Next week, we look forward to welcoming Madeleine Chaffey and Sam Thomsen, who will be joining us for their work experience. We’re sure they’ll have a rewarding and enjoyable time with us.
Congratulations to Ella, Isabella, and Isabelle on completing their Sacrament of Confirmation. It was a lovely Mass and a very special occasion held on Saturday. We extend our thanks to Bishop Edwards for leading the celebration and to Father Brancik for his support and guidance throughout the preparation.
Thank you once again for your ongoing support of our school. As we move into the second half of the term, there’s still plenty to look forward to, and I continue to be proud of the enthusiasm and effort our students show every day.
God Bless,
Daniel Francis
Principal
