A big congratulations to our Student Voice Leaders — Charlie, Xavier, Rian and Brendan — who composed and performed their own rap to promote our “No Hat, No Play” rule. Their creative and engaging performance at Assembly was a hit, and we’re excited to share their jingle with our school community!

I wake up in the morning, ready for school     

Brush my teeth, pack my bag - that's the rule!

I wear my hat, yeah, that school style

When I wear it right, I can’t help but smile!

Hat on, game on, feeling so cool,

Wearing my hat is the rule at school!

Sun’s up high, don’t let it get ya!

Keep your hat on, it’ll protect ya!

No hat, no play, no fun today! 

Some hats are red, some hats are blue,

Some got sparkles, or stickers too!

It’s not just fashion, its keeping me safe ,

From the sunshine’s super-bright rays on my face!

Hat on, game on, feeling so cool,

Baseball cap, bucket hat, wide or flat -                          

Doesn't really matter what kind of hat!

As long as it’s on and you’re ready to play,

We learn, we laugh, we shine all day,

With our hats on right - hooray, hooray!
