Filled with tales of dragons, alumni achievements and many more exciting adventures from Semester 1 at MacKillop Catholic College. This twice-yearly magazine celebrates the rich sense of culture and community present at the College as we showcase the wonderful learning and cocurricular opportunities available for students at MacKillop.

Clipboard: Your Season Starts Here!
All families and students should now be logged into Clipboard, our new Activities Selection portal. This is a significant step forward in our ability to offer and manage extracurricular opportunities like after-school sports, instrumental lessons, arts and academic programs, clubs, and events.
We are using Term 4 as a soft launch, with the focus solely on after-school sports. When you log in, you'll see that we have kept the platform simple. Your Activity Selection panel will only show options available specifically for your child. For example, a Year 7 student's portal will not be cluttered with activities only open to Year 10s.
We are also keen for our community to be aware of the extracurricular sporting options available across the College. In Term 4, we are pleased to offer:
- The High School Girls Cricket Gala Day
- AFL
- 7/8 and 9/10 Boys Cricket
- 7/8 Boys Tennis
- 7/8 and 9/10 Girls Tennis
- 7/8 and 9/10 Girls Touch Football
- 7/8 and 9/10 Boys Touch Football
- 7/8 and 9/10 Boys Volleyball
Starting in 2026, we will gradually expand the variety of options available for selection. We trust this one-stop-shop will help busy families manage and schedule their child's after-school and in-school commitments. We believe this is the beginning of a transformative sign-up process for everyone involved.

Uniform shop update!
Please note that the College Uniform Shop, Perm-A-Pleat, will be relocating to 1/46 Mornington Road, Mornington. The shop is expected to open on Wednesday 29 October, with online orders available in the interim for click and collect via the MacKillop Catholic College website, https://mackillopcatholiccollege.permapleat.com.au/shop/.
Once opened, the trading hours of Perm-A-Pleat will be:
Tuesday 8:00am - 12:30pm
Wednesday 1:00pm - 5:30pm
Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Important Information Regarding Metro Bus Fare and Travel Pass Options
To ensure a smooth journey every time, please ensure your student is equipped with cash, a Metro GreenCard, or a Bus Pass when they travel on Metro services.Metro Tasmania’s pricing schedule:
· Cash Fare - $1 per trip· GreenCard - .80c per trip, with a daily maximum payment of $2 per day irrespective of how many trips or the length of trip taken
