Finance 2025

Thank you to all families who have paid their 2025 Materials and Services Charges. For those that are yet to pay, this is a friendly reminder that they are now overdue. Please arrange to make payment as soon as possible either via our online payment platform Qkr!, or by contacting the Finance Office during school hours. 

 

If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your charges, you may be eligible for government assistance through the School Card scheme. If you are not eligible for School Card assistance, please contact the Finance Office to discuss how we can assist.

Budget 2025- 2026: support for families

 

Below is some helpful information from the 2025-2026 state budget that may benefit families in our community:

 

  • Students can enjoy 28 days of travel for just $10 using the Student MetroCard, making commuting more affordable.
  • The school sport voucher has been doubled to $200 per student per calendar year, encouraging participation in sports and physical activities, and it has been extended to include music fees. Saver Plus - access $500 for education costs

Saver Plus is a free, matched savings and financial education program, run by the Smith Family, that helps families on lower incomes build their money skills through budgeting workshops and receive up to $500 for education-related expenses.

 

Participants can put that money towards items such as laptops, books, uniforms, camps & excursions.

 

Program Highlights:

  • Save just $50 a month for 10 months and receive $500 matched savings
  • Complete up to 10 hours of online workshops (support provided)
  • Flexible start dates – join anytime
  • Must hold a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card
  • Income from Carer Payment or Child Support is considered as income.

 

Beyond financial support, Saver Plus fosters dignity, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
