Marlborough is turning 50!
Marlborough Primary is 50 this year!
To celebrate we have a 50th organising committee who have been hard at work behind the scenes.

Please save the date Sunday 25 October 2026 afternoon for our Celebration event.
We will have more details to share soon but imagine stepping back in time and seeing how school life has been through the years at MPS, we are collating an amazing display of historical memorabilia from years gone by. There will also be awesome performances, activities for young and old, raffles and prizes and food trucks!

Order your commemorative 50th tea towel
To raise money for Marlborough PS each student in 2026 will be invited to draw a picture for the commemorative towel which will have all students' artwork included on it. An awesome momento to have for your family. Hot tip - they make excellent grandparents/aunties/uncles gifts. order yours now.
The students will be busy creating their artwork throughout this term (at school) and tea towels will be printed with delivery sometime term 3. Any questions please email marlboroughps50@gmail.com
Tea towels are $26 each with a portion of funds raised going to MPS.

In Search of MPS History
Do you or do you know someone who has any of the following to share?
- Historical Photos of the school or even the grounds before it became a school
- Old School Reports
- Year Books
- Assignments
- Camps
- Sports days and other special events
- Retro MPS uniform pre 1990's
- Anything MPS related
Our history organising committee would love anything and everything so we can collate an awesome display for the 25 October. We have a dedicated 50th email marlboroughps50@gmail.com where you are welcome to send things digitally, or you can drop it in the school office. We are more than happy to just borrow and return post the event too if you want to keep your items.
