Good Friday Appeal

The Good Friday Appeal is a charity that raises funds to enable The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne to provide world class care for children. It brings communities together and is a very special cause to support.

The donations support projects in the following areas: 

• ground-breaking research. 

• state-of-the-art equipment and technology. 

• patient and family centered care programs. 

• fostering staff excellence through education programs, scholarships and fellowships. 

Every year the Good Friday appeal demonstrates the power of the community coming together to support a wonderful cause. The JSC are proud to support this event and are encouraging our school community, on Wednesday 27th March, to come to school in their favourite colour for free dress and donate a gold coin donation.  Families can also donate online by using the following link:
