Swimming Carnival - Parent Volunteers Needed

The PTFA is looking forward to supporting our upcoming Year 4–12 Swimming Carnival, and we would love the help of our wonderful parent community to make the day a success.

The carnival will be held on Friday 13th February at Aquazone, and parent volunteers play a huge role in helping everything run smoothly - especially behind the scenes with food and setup. Whether you can spare a little time or help across multiple sessions, every contribution is truly appreciated.

We are seeking parent helpers for the following times:

·         Food preparation at school: 7.00am – 9.00am

·         Setup at Aquazone: from 9.00am

·         Food preparation and serving at Aquazone: from 11.00am

·         Pack-up at Aquazone: from 2.00pm

It’s a great way to be involved in the school community, connect with other parents, and support our students on a fun and energetic day.

If you are able to assist, please email us at ptfa@kings.vic.edu.au and let us know when you are available to help. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support - we couldn’t do it without you!

The PTFA values and appreciates the help of our students and loves seeing them involved in school events. Any students in Year 6 and above who would like to assist the PTFA with setup and food preparation in the morning at the upcoming Swimming Carnival are encouraged to speak with Mrs Newton or Mrs Nield.

It’s a great opportunity to help out, be involved, and support the school community. We look forward to seeing you poolside.

Swimming Carnival Lunch Orders – Extended!

Good news! Lunch orders for the Swimming Carnival have been extended and will now close at midnight on Sunday 8th February.

Orders can be placed through QuickCliq - please make sure you select the event menu for Swimming Carnival when ordering.

PTFA Zooper Doopers – A Friday Favourite!

It wouldn’t be Friday without a little icy fun! The PTFA will be selling Zooper Doopers every Friday at lunchtime for just $1 each.

Always popular and perfect for warmer days, these colourful frozen treats are a highlight of the week for many students. Best of all, every Zooper Dooper purchased helps support PTFA programs and activities that benefit our whole school community.

So if Fridays call for a cool treat, don’t forget to pop a gold coin in your child’s pocket. Thank you for supporting the PTFA!
