Our Grade 3 and 4 students have begun their learning journey in preparation for Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. We started by exploring all seven sacraments, focusing on where Reconciliation and the Eucharist fit in and how they are connected.

The Grade 3s have been learning about key concepts such as forgiveness, sin, mistakes, and accidents. Meanwhile, the Grade 4s have reflected on their prior knowledge of the Eucharist, making connections to the Last Supper and deepening their understanding of the parts of the Mass and the features of the church. 

We are excited to continue this special learning as we prepare for these important celebrations in Term 2.
