MAD Day 2025 – A Huge Success!

This year’s MAD (Make A Difference) Day was a huge success, thanks to the incredible support and participation of our students and staff.

With sunny skies and high spirits, our school community walked 8km (some students ran it twice) in solidarity with those around the world who must travel long distances each day to access water. The turnout was amazing a true display of compassion, teamwork, and commitment to social justice.

To date, we have raised $6,000, a fantastic effort that will directly support the vital work of Wellsprings for Women and the Lasallian Foundation. These funds will contribute to programs that provide clean water, education, and essential support services for disadvantaged communities both locally and overseas.

The walk was more than just a physical challenge; it was a moment of reflection. By taking those steps together, we stepped into the shoes of those who walk this journey daily, often for the sake of unsafe water. It reminded us why clean water and access to education are not privileges, but rights everyone deserves.

Thank you to every student, staff member, and family who supported MAD Day. Your generosity and spirit truly made a difference.

Fundraising is still open, and we are well on our way to reaching our goal.

Recycling Update: Over 30,000 Containers Saved!

Thanks to the incredible commitment of our school community—especially Mr Van Es—we have officially recycled 30,063 containers as of July 7, 2025, raising a total of $3,006.30.

That is 30,063 bottles and cans kept out of landfill and put to good use, a fantastic achievement.

Keep the momentum going. Every container counts!
