On Monday, during our whole school assembly, the following students were acknowledged and their learning described so we all know why they are worthy recipients of our awards and applause.

PN | Isabella | For being a collaborative learner who works thoughtfully with others and takes pride in her learning. You consistently show inclusive behaviour, always making sure everyone gets a turn and feels valued. You support your classmates with kindness and encouragement while staying focused on your own goals. Your teamwork shone on Athletic Day, where you encouraged and motivated your team. We are so lucky to have you in Prep N! |
| 1C | Krystine | For demonstrating outstanding resilience this week. She has come to school each day with a positive attitude, showing openness to new sit spots, table groups, and activities. She consistently tries her best in every task and is always among the first to follow teacher instructions. Well done, Krystine, keep up the excellent effort! |
1M | Isha | For being a resilient learner. During Athletics Day, even when the race became challenging, you refused to give up. We were so impressed by your determination, and you showed everyone what it looks like to finish what you started. This is a powerful learning habit that will help you in sport, in the classroom, and in life! Well done Isha. |
2E | Jordan | For being a motivated learner who is showing growth in your learning. Since the start of Term 2, you have shown strong focus and engagement in every lesson, always trying your best to complete your work and actively participating by putting your hand up to answer questions. It has been wonderful to see your improvement in spelling and maths as you listen carefully and show determination to overcome challenges. We are very proud of your efforts. 3/4LM | Arjun | For being a helpful student who willingly contributes and supports others. You show initiative by taking responsibility for important tasks, such as ensuring laptops are packed away, charged and ready for use, without being reminded. You are reliable and have a calm and welcoming attitude. Arjun you consistently set a positive example for their peers and 3/4 LM are lucky to have you! Congratulations! |
3/4K | Ryder | For being a curious and collaborative learner during our Science incursion. You worked with others to explore how different forces work, sharing your ideas and wonderings with many of your peers. You asked thoughtful questions, and showed great enthusiasm for learning more about how things move and interact. You should be proud of how engaged you were in your learning. 3/4S | Edgar | Edgar consistently demonstrates what it means to be a collaborative learner every single day. He is a positive role model in our classroom, always leading by example through his actions and attitude. Edgar is kind, caring, and brings joy to others with the biggest smile on his face. His patience and fun-loving nature help make our classroom such a welcoming and happy place to be. Whether it’s multiplication, 3D shape nets or keeping her books neat and tidy, Frankie is constantly trying her best and driving forward. At Athletics Day, you gave every rotation a "red hot go," demonstrating enthusiasm and sportsmanship, striving for your personal best and always with a smile.In the maths tasks this week and your Pattern Writing narrative, you have listened to feedback to drive your learning forward.
