Sport Captains

Our whole school recently took part in Cross Country, which looked a little different this year because of the Wonga Park Reserve construction works. Instead of heading off site, we were lucky to hold the event at WPPS. It was great to see everyone giving it a go and persevering, even if cross country wasn’t their favourite activity. One of the best parts of the day was being able to support students from other year levels and spend time with our friends while cheering everyone on. 

Congratulations to Burch House for taking out the win by just 1 point! We would also like to wish the best of luck to all of the students representing our school at District Cross Country. 

A big thank you goes to Mr O for organising the event, Tim for keeping everyone motivated on the microphone, and all of the WPPS teachers who helped make the day run smoothly.
