Graduation Mass and Yr 12 Farewell

I am sure that everyone who attended would agree that the graduation mass was a particularly special and meaningful service. Fr Ronald celebrated the mass. My thanks to all those involved, especially Elizabeth Holligan for preparing the liturgy and Bek Ryan for leading the choir. 

Yr 12 Rights of Passage

We commemorated Year 12’s final day with a delightful breakfast, followed by a guard of honour comprising our entire student cohort - known as the Rights of Passage. It was a wonderful way to mark the conclusion of their classes.

VCE Exams 

The VCE examinations have commenced this week with English, Economics, VET Business, Psychology and General Mathematics. Best wishes to all our VCE students. Have confidence in your abilities, knowing that your dedication will be reflected in your results.

Stage 3A Official Opening Ceremony

Last week, we officially opened the Stage 3A building project. The new classrooms specialising in technology, including woodwork, metalwork, fabrics, and robotics, as well as general classrooms and office spaces, were officially opened by Senator Jana Stewart and Kate Fogarty, Executive Director of Catholic Education Sandhurst, and blessed by Father Ronald. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the organising committee of Elizabeth Holligan, Tara Whitsed, Deb Cooper, Kym Henderson and Mardi Guppy for their dedicated efforts and valuable contributions in preparing for this important occasion.

Gr 1/2 Zoo Trip

Our Grade 1 and Grade 2 students enjoyed a fantastic day at Melbourne Zoo during the week. They gained valuable knowledge and thoroughly appreciated the experience. Congratulations to the students for their exemplary behaviour, and our sincere thanks to the teachers for organising the event.

Biology Field Trip

Our Year 11 students participated in a biology field trip to Queenscliff this week. It was a valuable opportunity to reinforce this year's learning. We extend our gratitude to Chelsea Nicholson for organising and facilitating the trip.
