Wow what a Term. Starting of with our Career/Pathway Expo at JFC with over 25 Exhibitors. Congratulations to all year levels for participating, engaging and getting involved. Our Year 9-12’s were lucky enough to have sessions about writing resumes and the do’s and don’ts with job interviews. I am already looking forward to next year. Let’s go bigger and better!!

Year 10 Work Experience wow what a success congratulations to all of you. The feedback from Employers has been amazing. You all should be proud of yourselves. If you would like to complete Work Experience in another field please come and see me in the Career Hub.

All year 9 students have now completed their Morrisby profiling. Students will receive printed copies this week in preparation for their interviews on the 5th and 7th of September. Remember to share this with your Parents/Guardians. This is a great program which really helps our year 9’s start talking about their desired pathways.

Year 12 pathway meetings are well under way. Exciting times for them as they start their next journeys in life. A wonderful cohort of mature young adults venturing out into the big wide world. Year 10’s have completed choosing their pathways for senior level. Information sessions have been held with Year 10’s wanting to complete VCE VM. The interview process will begin second last week of Term. If you have not chosen a VET, completed paperwork and given to me please see me as soon as possible.

**Special mention to our Year 11 VCE VM class who assisted with the Career Expo. Well done to you all. This day could not have gone ahead without your hard work. Your parents/guardians should be extremely proud of you. I AM
